Drinks Inspired by One Night Gone
What book club would be complete without a nice drink? I’ve done the very difficult job of taste-testing many cocktails and drinks to come up with a few based on my characters! Enjoy!
The Allison (Seafoam Sangria)
Ingredients:
3 parts white wine
2 parts blue Hpnotiq Liquer
1 part Ginger Ale
Mix ingredients together. Serve chilled or over ice.
The Maureen (The Blue Mermaid)
¼
cup ground Graham Crackers (for rimming)
1 oz Malibu Rum
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz vodka
1/3 cup Pineapple Juice
1 Maraschino Cherry
Pulse graham crackers in a food processor until fine, like sand. Place in a shallow bowl. Wet the edge of a double old fashioned glass with water and dip into the graham crackers, rimming the glass. Add ice to the glass, then pour in the rum, blue curacao, vodka, and pineapple juice. Stir. Add a cherry for garnish.
The Tammy (non-alcoholic)
Mocha latte
Vanilla ice cream
Dollop a small scoop of ice cream on top of your mocha latte! (Yes, technically in the book, this is a drink that Allison always orders, but since Tammy is the coffee guru, I decided to name it after her.)
